Freeze when zoning

I can log into the game fine; however, when I attempt to zone to a different area, my computer freezes showing the zoning screen "Art" and I have to manually restart.

Any ideas?

Are you playing in windowed mode and with a second monitor? If yes, be sure not to lose focus of the EQ window during loading screens.
