I've not been able to login for well over an hour. I'm starting to think that it's down for the night.

I've had this issue this evening as well. I've been able to login twice, and once in seem to be OK.

I found closing the client and restarting it to be effective, but it still took quite a few tries to get in each time.

The servers seem to be up, just very difficult to connect to.

I was having issues as well. Restarting the computer had no effect. Waiting about 10 minutes and I was just able to log in. Looks like it's just best to take a short break and try again later.

getting the same message, i have rebooted my computer, rebooted router, rebooted firewall, and checked acceptations.
