Shaman: 2HB or 1H+Stat shield?

On Blue:
I've noticed that the AC bump (calculated) with my 56 sham is substantially lower than my pally. If I had a Granite Face Grinder I'd probably use that but with a Club of the Ice Ocean and Clay Guardian Shield it's a total of like 60hps and the proc does almost the same dps as my white damage.

On Green/Teal I suspect a gatorsmash is going to be hard to beat. Slow, pet, joust between canni's. So long as the mob's attack round is down (spent on your pet) you won't take any damage during the joust. That or dot/pet management with canni dancing and not messing with the 2h.
