Wipe server

Add pok books to classic, easier travelling allows players to play in same zone easier.

3-5x exp rates, promotes more characters to create and ties everyone in who plays here to be in same lvl range.

Save spell lists.

Exp loss on death in pvp, don't really care for this but don't think its bad with high rates.

All coin and 1 item for pvp loot, for the glory of pvp.

This is the classic experience eq should be.

Hahaha, this thread is gold.

Newsflash: 90% of the server already cares if they die and religiously avoid PVP as it is.
Yes this is true.
However the problem is even PK's don't even want to take the time to kill them because it doesn't do anything. Shits boring as fuck and the box needs an Adrenaline shot to the heart.

So you got bluebie's already avoiding PvP, being hard to kill. And then you got PvP'ers who realize PKing the bluebie's doesn't do anything and is boring as shit, especially since they plug 9/10 times. So the PK's give up, as seen by the box pop where it is at, and a bluebie paradise evolves, as seen by the current state of the box.

I didn't really kill this thread, it was already dead when crypto posted.

I just ensure'd it's final 100% death.

Gloinz makes a valid point. No one really argued it a few angry people posted ITT about how sad they are to see the death of EQpvp.

Maybe one day mspaintquest will inspire new generations.

The yellow and red skittles are my favorite.

Someone get in touch with Rogaine and find out just how much it would take financially to motivate him to open a new server for us.

We could do it Kickstarter style.

If we reach the goal, we get a new server that's a copy of R99 starting from scratch.

Or fuck, there's gotta be some millionaire neckbeard out there that could bribe him to give up the source code.
Actually thats a good idea. The only thing red99 needs is population. Alot of people either forgot about EQ entirely (who would play on red), or just don't know p99 exists. If there was a kickstarter and some exposure with a fresh server i'm sure alot would join. Especially people who missed out on PVP during live.

...is Zek u dingus. Cept the xp loss. Even without it ppl were avoiding pvp. Don't know why anyone would think xp loss encourages pvp. Ppl just camp and plug more and it sux ass for everyone.

Anyway, u should prolly head over to zek and see how active it is
