Breakfast- 5oz French vanilla yogurt.
Lunch- Rice and chicken with an apple.
Dinner- Not sure. Probably make mashed potatoes and something else.

Favor the veggie patties > filet o fishies > mcgriddles myself personally.

Today was hummus, flax n oat bran pita, coffee.

Dinner, black espresso, celery, hearts of romaine. Strawberry yogurt. And like 1oz piece of chicken.

Good 4mile run. And assebled dip/pullup bar. Very happy with it.
