Velious for lowbies - where to exp?

Understand that Velious was an expansion aimed at the lvl 35+ population. As such there are not too many places for lower level peeps to xp and it can be dangerous to travel around.

I found plenty of stuff to kite around on my 37 necro in Great Divide and Iceclad. 20 is probably too low though.
