I don't know but Potion of Greater Rejuvenation at 40hp/tick is higher than the 15.

I would not consider a consumable a 'self buff'. Technically Torpor is a self-duration buff but would not be considered in this thought experiment.

I assume the point is to make this sustainable regen that is innate.

I did find some 2003ish posts about something like a +35 cap on regen items, but it was just a basic search and hardly conclusive (did not say if a single item or anything like that). Would need to look into it more.

Take this for what it's worth, but Zlandi Heart comments in era has a poster 'claiming' it stacks. Need much more support as the poster was listed as a 55 paladin.

Would need a mountain more evidence, but key is to look for comments on items with regen effects and get some info if they stack with other effects, ideally posting their HP/tick gains with the items.

35 HP Regen 15 Flowing Thought and 250 ATK were the caps on worn effects until AAs increased them.

Know of anywhere to find the reference to these caps?
