Right now on beta they only work from kunark dungeons and it's how it's going to be once released.

Expect 8 million requests for ports to EJ and skyfire nonetheless from people in classic zones.

I was just making the statement originally because of the "how to get to kunark" and you actually have to be in kunark for them to work in the first place

Boots are best in slot for a long time for a lot of casters, ring I am not to sure
