Default Newbie candle brightness

Both the worn candle and the candle of the plaguebringer currently have lightstone-quality light emission and light color. The worn candle should have extremely poor orange light emission, while the plaguebringer candle should have moderately poor blue light (tiny glowing skull) that still isn't great. Evidence has been posted elsewhere so I'm not going to compile it as it counts as a "known" item. This could be a deliberate choice to help out new players a bit and not a glitch per se.

Fixed, pending update

It was using a light value effectively 1 level higher than Torch. This change will put it 1 level lower than a Torch.

Let me know if there are issues after a beta patch.

If it helps anyone the wiki has a page that explains exactly how bright, relative to other light sources, each source should be (although "should", as with anything in the wiki, always needs to be taken with a grain of salt):
