Definitely isn't a monitor issue because it goes away when I go borderless.

The glitch I'm talking about is the line through the text. Looks like it got cut in half and lose a pixel in the middle.

I can't see a line through the text? But then I can't view the image at it's full resolution for some reason from the photobucket site.
I play at that res in windowed mode and the text in the chat windows don't have lines through them, but every 8-10 pixel lines on the vertical the text will become 'scrunched' as if a pixel line was missing. I am personally just writing it off as an unnatural screen resolution (1920x1080, widescreen) for the client (Titanium) for the time it was released. The reason I play in Windowed mode was because of the 4:3 border issue when in full screen using a widescreen resolution, clicking outside of the 4:3 border resulted in the game window minimising. | ||

What I did to solve this is to use a custom resolution that doesn't extend beyond the bounds of the monitor you use.
