Immersion play and role play are actually considered two different things. RP isn't exactly immersive, you are not putting 'yourslef' into the game, not like feeling you are there or mesmerized like some VR headset might do. RP is acting out a character, unlike yourself, weaving a story or situational acting, usually with other RPers. The two camps often times actually conflict in games, the immersion players vs. the role players.

I have played red for a while, mainly filled with supertwinks.
I did like it but I didnt have twink gear so I coundly even compete.

I wouldnt mind playing an RP server, in fact that would be awesome.
mainly I want a server that stops at velious, but takes a while to get to there. Classic is a great era.

I didnt discover P99 until they were in Kunark so I couldnt play classic but I think it would be fun to see it with the classical touch they have now (I have seen footage where the skeletons were the recent graphics, Spell particles and such.)

What I REALLY want though, and I know it will be hard to do is play classic... on a classic client.

P99 devs, maybe this can help you out for a bit? or maybe as a first start? IDK, I dont have any programming background so I cant figure any of this stuff out lol

this would be the equivalent to starting over, except you have a large sum of crowdsourced data in the form of a SQL database now. Notwithstanding- insane amount of work.

I think it would be more fun if they did a recycle server but launched with Velious live. Pure classic is completely overrated

I sure hope Re99 is Teams.

I hope this cus, it adds challenge to a game that we've all figured out how to dominate.

I hope this cus, at the end when you choose to transfer your character and the re99 server starts over, you can choose to put it on red or blue.

I hope this cus Id really like to see all the blue competitive raiders compete with the addition of PvP.. not to see them suffer, but because I think they would really really enjoy it.

And I hope this, cus I need the added element of pvp to really enjoy eq properly, it just is more fun to be able to fuck around with people than just chat with them <3
