Wrong weapon model somehow?

Summoned my level 44 necromancer pet, went underwater, handed him a Tarnished Shan'Tok, and then seperately handed him a torch, and it turned into this.

I've seen that before on live. Afaik the game doesn't like torches being underwater.

same thing happens with a torch in the Hole. Still a torch.
