Truman was a decent dem. he had a plaque on his desk that read 'the buck stops here' and tried to govern by that motto. his intentions were good and he had good intentions for the country. He also recognized the state of Israel.

Federal doesn't control elections, except for the VRA and other minor impositions. Also "Election fraud happens because of technicalities that make the fraud okay." is a very different argument than "most secure election in history".
