Shamans: what does your Spear of Fate look like?

Specifically, the icon. Is it:

or is it:

Mine is the former, but I wonder if my client files are wrong. Other class epics all have their own unique icon, and while one apparently exists for ours, it's not the one I see in-game. Am I alone in this? Anyone know the story here?

I suspect it's a bug, but wanted to see if anyone else had the same problem.

Pics from Black Reaver: these are a bit better. He hits for 190 and is magic resist/unslowable. the first pic shows the fight just beginning, as you can see he is tearing my pet to shreds.

The second icon you have linked is the updated version from live. They updated all epic 1.0 weapon inventory icons around 2008 or 2009, IIRC.
