Miscellaneous: Ashenbone Shield should not be usable by Iksar

Unfortunate for my twink, but this shield was not usable by Iksar until the 2/21/2001 patch.

Iksar can now use the Ashenbone Shield.

The earliest entry I could find on Allakhazam shows it being usable by HUM ERU DEF, and even if that was pre-Kunark, it doesn't appear to have changed until the above patch.

I see there was an old thread for this (http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...henbone+Shield) that was closed, but the Iksar issue is still there.
