Default Optimal wine settings on macOS Mojave (wineskin)?

Curious if anyone has played with optimal settings for newer versions of wine (specifically via wineskin)

Since it appears wineskin is no longer updated for new versions of MacOS, I am using the unofficial distribution (https://portingteam.com/topic/11037-...eskin-project/)

I am on macOS 10.14 (Mojave), using Wineskin 2.9.0.4 (unofficial), and engine WS9Wine2.22

The client is generally running ok, but I notice it gets really bogged down in areas with lots of players, effects, or lighting. I've played a bit with the in game settings but they dont seem to make a noticeable difference.

Fwiw, on this same laptop (a few years ago) I was running OS X 10.6 with the official wineskin and it ran noticeably smoother.

I'm thinking maybe I can get some better performance by tweaking some of the wineskin settings or maybe downloading a different distribution. The game runs ok as is but I know it can run better.

Has anyone tried playing around with optimal settings for the titanium client? Any other suggestions?
