No. Only Kunark still. Level 60 was with Kunark.

Level cap was 60 from Kunark to PoP I believe. And not too much has officially been said about the sleeper.

It does, and it takes the ZEMs from the page Lytrith was referring to: http://wiki.project1999.com/Recommen...s_and_ZEM_List. The guide formats the ZEM in to a percentage though, which I think is nicer (the ZEM page gives numbers relative to "normal" or 75). Then again, I started the guide so I'm a little biased [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

One thing to remember about the ZEMs on those pages though is that they are a best guess based on the ZEM on live. A few of them are not the same on Project 1999, so while they can help you decide where to hunt, be aware that any given ZEM may not be correct.

Velious does not raise the level cap. You don't see 60-65 until Planes of Power.

As far as the sleeper goes: "Shit's Classic". It will be wakeable and it will hit the fan, though from what I hear most if not all of the higher tier raiding guilds are against it.

If you're having problems in Inny, running the road between it and Ogguk is a decent spot as well. Issue there is that the lizardmen tend to swarm you. I did fine in Inny just by pulling up against the wall. Also, if you run diagonally (hold right click and then press up+left or right) mobs won't hit you as you are trying to make your tactical retreat.
