Mouse controls
I’ve been using my laptop/mouse pad to play p99 for over the last year, and I finally got a wireless mouse. When I hold the right mouse button down and scroll, it turns the camera view around my character very well. Is there a way to also physically turn my character left or right, by only using the mouse, and not the keyboard? I tried looking under mouse options but I couldn’t find anything. Does anyone have any tips?

Look in key bindings. Should have a secondary list for each command. Bind that to where you want on your mouse.
