I'm going to explain this to you again.

If I'm hanging out with my friends at a bar, and someone gives a quick look around and says "I'm not racist.. but there are a lot of black people here."

I'm not going to fucking call the police and ask whether or not the police think it's racist. Whether or not that comment is racist is completely subjective and up to every individual person to decide. And whether or not it even actually MATTERS is also subjective.

Why do you keep thinking I'm asking for the STAFF to decide if something is racist and or take action against it? I'm not. I'm asking the person that did the fucking thing to explain WHY they think it is or isn't racist.

How many times do I need to explain this to you to get it through your thick skull that the arbiters here aren't the staff.

If I went to r/conservative and asked "explain why socialism is a bad thing" and somehow some mod from r/politics walked in front of a computer that was logged into a mod in r/conservative and decided to delete the thread... you're looking at that situation and calling it fucking proof socialism is or isn't a bad thing because some random person decided it wasn't that was completely irrelevant to the conversation or the people I was asking. I'm not saying you're arguing for the staff to declare that it's racist. I'm saying you clearly feel that it is racist and are arguing that it is.

I think the fact that the staff (i) approved the guild, (ii) haven't taken any action against them, and (iii) deleted the thread is a pretty clear indication that DMO are not racist. If it was racist, then the staff would've taken action against them, which they definitively have not. Ergo, you are clearly off base.

Hey, while I have you all here, I tore up my knuckle quite a bit yesterday as I was boxing for about an hour. I wear boxing mitts but I go pretty hard at the gym.

Anyone have any idea of how I could put a bandage over it so it won't get a lot more torn up when I go again today? I have to imagine any standard bandaid you put on it would just tear right off immediately after the fourth or fifth punch.
