Maybe. Folks are starting to see their tax cuts wiped out due to increased prices via the tariffs. Midwest farmers are about to be howling, might be after 2018 that their voice gets loud loud.

Mick, when was MAGA laid out as an increased financial burden on the American consumer when the US economy is consumer based?

Not every angry person on the internet wants to save the world. Some of us really do hate you.

Hope this helps.

Short term pain but tariffs against china are necessary and proper. Canadian and european tariffs are dumb, as are mexican ones

I'm good with 500 billion in tariffs against china

You're right in theory except for wage and job growth in Midwest states is doing very very well. Most of the hyper inflation consumers are seeing is not in commodities but in housing.

I'm apprehensive about the tariffs as well. All the "smart" people keep telling me it's going to cripple America/throw rocks in our harbor. But these "smart" people also said Trump would never be president, that if he did win, the stock market would crash immediately, the economy would double down on the recession, and that people would lose their healthcare by the 10s of millions.

So far the only people that haven't benefited from Trump are illegal immigrants.

I hear sheep's testicles are gr8 and very tasty.

Like, quadrouple sized sweetmeat eggs. The size of two melons.
