New Install but I only See Sky and Characters

Hello friends!

I used to play P1999 many years ago but stopped playing.

I decided to install P99 on a new computer today and after the install all I see is sky, NPCs and PCs. I can't see any zone files whatsoever.

I copied the special P99 files as well.

Commonly happens when someone patches and replaces the folders so that only the patch files are in them. When you patch you want to overwrite/merge existing files otherwise it'll remove 100s of render effect files

Kavious, thank you for your suggestion. It's people like you who take the time to help newbies that make the P99 experience so unique and special.

As far as my progress is concerned, I have narrowed down the problem to the RenderEffects folder. I replaced the P99 folders with the original Titanium folders and suddenly all the zone graphics are back.

I'm still getting strange problems with the user interface and weird old-classic UI elements.

I've uninstalled Titanium x2 and I'll try it again and see what happens.
