its okay, i still love you ^^
i lieked this post except for the initial tone of the "we're coming for you," part that made me think of the growing horde of failed conditions whose incompetence and existence we continue to subsidize. why do we do this? why do you identify with them? is my perspective just warped? somehow in revolution, I see the occluded distinctions between excellence and virulence being wholly lost on ordinary man who views the world through a dark and covetous lens of discontent and purposelessness.
is it just the bankers and financiers? how can we be sure it ends with them?

Well I was just pointing out that in the long run -- all the fears of many rural Americans will come to pass. They resist the Democratic party because we don't offer some vision where they get to keep the family farm, or start their own business, or other rural things. What they fail to realize is, it's not really the socialists that are coming for their farm or is going to make them move or their kids urbanize. It's the capitalists -- particularly the elite business wing of the Republican party.
They vote Republican and it is often completely and openly run by the business wing. Military is kind of uncontroversial, and Organized Religion seems content as long as the candidate is right on abortion and doesn't molest boys and/or girls.
The business wing of the Republican party consists of big business interest -- the owners (Billionaire class) and those that work for them and are compensated well. Rural America is participating in its own destruction by constantly allowing the Business wing of the Republican party to get its way on matters of policy.
This creates bitterness their direction over time.
