if you klick on the main webpage from Project1999 on the left side on "Getting Started" you will come to this installation manual :

When you go to the forum direct there is another and newer post from 2019 :

in this newer post you can read that you should delete some files ( 2.3 File Deletions ).

In the old version i did not find this ... ok i do it like this newer post said , but i ask me why i should delete these files in 2019 and not in 2010 ?
