Wiki says that during the Hole era that we no longer need to have any tailoring skill to have a successful combine.

Can anyone confirm this is true? I would hate to spend 25 minutes camping Raster again

170 views and no responses so I decided to just do the combine. Had zero skill in tailoring and combine worked just fine.

I added the hole era tag based on patch notes. I changed a bunch of pages if I recall related to that item.

After june 15, 2000 the requirement to have skill in tailoring was no longer needed.

This is Technically 7 days before the hole released on live but I felt it safer to list it as hole era because I know the staff clump era-accurate patches together for release.
