Turn raid zones pvp areas and make a merchant in EC that sells guises. This server is totally custom, why not make it better for once

PVP enabled raid zones will lead to one of two outcome:

1 - the loser of the pvp battle says "well fought, respected enemy. congrats on getting to fight the dragon!"

2- the loser of the pvp battle says "if I can't kill the dragon, then no one can."

who's takin' bets on which is more likely?

gms shouldnt be involved in dragon disputes period

there's a reason that most of ToV has been up on red now for like two years. and it's not because there aren't enough people on the server to kill the dragons.
