Low Level Agro
I've noticed as a L51 in sol A that I can no longer walk past even a young goblin without it agroing and attacking me.
I ran all the way into the Kindle room as I normally do and was surprised to see a train of 20 or so goblins on me when I got there. It was fun to slowly mow them all down, but I don't ever recall non-xp-yielding green-con mobs agroing a higher level in Live. I know that isn't data, but this has to seem wrong to somebody else too. Again, I am not talking about a green con that could still give xp, those always agroed. I am talking about a mob that can be 30 levels below you and it agros. I am not sitting in front of these mobs, you can just walk up to it, stand there and it will agro and attack.

I had this same problem as a 60 necro. Seems to be isolated to SolA; I didn't get aggro walking around in Droga (where the mobs are even higher lvl)

Not only SolA, it's a systemic change. Upper Guk had same issue with trains of greens, and I've had isolated very green mobs agro out of the blue in Oasis.

I just don't get why I don't agro stuff nearer to my own level but the specific low level stuff jumps me like I did something bad to them.

It's nice to see this validated with others. In game, I only knew Adon had witnessed the problem too; again, in SolA.

I was wondering about any update to this. Would any staff members care to comment on whether or not this low level agro is intentional please?
Edit to clarify: I am not talking about low level agro that is classic, such as a decaying skeleton taking a swing at a L60 paladin because of lore-hate. I am talking about just regular mobs taking a swing at a passing high level.

Its classic for them to do that in solA (and perhaps elsewhere)

Pretty sure goblins are supposed to aggro regardless of level (Runnyeye, SolA, etc.) but is Uguk supposed to be like this too? Which mobs are supposed to aggro when green, so that we can report whether this is working correctly?

I always remembered being able to walk past low level goblins in sol a. I spent a lotta time in there. I'll see if there's a way to get some original information.
I just don't believe the auto-agro in sol a is classic. Could be wrong, but I don't think so at the moment.

I noticed this too.
I know 100% that none of the young goblin class should attack. Cinder, Fire(?), and Inferno should all attack though.
