I went 17-20 off 250-300 gnoll fangs in Qeynos so unless you're referring to the Halas hand in this math is wrong.

I was talking generally really. I know it's much more than 25 fangs per level once you get closer to 20. But even at 25 per level, thats 200 to get 12-20. Farming 200 fangs, even though we all know it is more than 200, in 4 hours, how, is my question.

The other guards do not assist.

They should, or at least I recall being attacked by good guards assisting corrupt ones.

I kind of do too, which is why I mentioned it. When I first started in EQ, I remember being sort of upset when all of a sudden I started getting attacked in Qeynos by guards, and SMACKED down by some of the higher level non-corrupteds.. At the time I really had no idea how faction worked in any detail, so I was all like dubbya tee eff.

Maybe not. That may have been a weird side-effect of that odd bug where you could get the guards to fight the POD in various cities using charm, i.e. guards attacking someone based on some faction comparison check.
