Couldn’t run for shit today. Missed 5 days of running and went to Texas de Brazil during that time.... I think my blood was more viscous. I’m not actually sure what happened, but I was dragging ass today. On the other hand, I did a ton of pull-ups
GAINS. And the under Armour running shoes aren’t bad at all
