NPC Spawn Issue: Mucktail Gnolls

None of these guys seem to be working.

Beanu Mucktail (East Karana)
Burah Mucktail (East Karana)
Chief Sanre`Rexsa (East Karana)
Emhu Mucktail (East Karana)
Grenix Mucktail (East Karana)
Hibber Mucktail (East Karana)
Hukex Mucktail (East Karana)
Jekca Mucktail (East Karana)
Klage Mucktail (East Karana)
Mechi Mucktail (East Karana)
Nre`Loxe Mucktail (East Karana)
Olixen Mucktail (East Karana)
Plur Mucktail (East Karana)
Tregil Mucktail (East Karana)
Vexven Mucktail (East Karana)
Yahg Mucktail (East Karana)

I ran around on my ranger near their spawn locs and tracking and saw none for about an hour 11/25/2020 at 10:17 AM EST in EK. I'm guessing this may be tied into a wider issue with mob spawns being broken on Green.

They can spawn, you just have to kill placeholders. If there should be static spawns, Please post more research in the other bug report.

I can confirm they appear to be working as intended now.

Sorry about this. I am guessing they were up more often with the Chief Spawned and after reset they hadn't gotten their cycle going. I was too low to kill the PHs at the time to test.

I went ahead and updated the other thread too.
