i think it's a good idea that staff are nerfing the bp heal on launch of velious... were coming into velious knowing everything about it, and having that bp will result in every single raid boss being dead within 2-3 weeks..... not classic

i thought that it was already determined it would be nerfed day 1.

I brought up donals because on live that is changed/nerfed a few weeks/months into velious. but already nerfed on beta. So would could think that if that timeline is day 1, then 2 hand bonus should be close to day 1 too.

it wasn't like that at first on beta it was the first nerf but then they added the 2nd maybe they're just testing ? on live there really wasn't many donals since there was alot more players plus kunark wasn't out for 2-4 years :P
