Can Evil Races Train in Qeynos Aqueducts?

Title says it all, if I play an evil can I train cleric/sk in the Qeynos Aqueducts? Do they have to choose bertox as their religion?

I trained my Iksar necromancer in the Qeynos aqueducts a couple of years ago. Dunno if they changed the factions since then.

I can remember taking a new troll innoruuk SK on Live back in 2000 and getting bound in Qeynos after confirming I wasn't KOS in the underground. Faction however may be different here. I haven't been playing long but so far faction seems to have very little if any effect on prices at venders which certainly wasn't the case on Live. Also I feel fairly confident the underground spell venders would trade with me.

I know for certain here on P1999 as long as you are still at dubious faction rating and not glaring trainers of your class still will train you. Which I am fairly certain was not the case on Live.

Short Version: "Probably. So long as you aren't an iguana and don't hurt your faction by doing any of the quests in that region that are great XP and trash Bertox cult faction"

Had a friend with a 5 DE Necro bound in Qeynos recently (1 month ago) who could buy spells, train, etc. in the Sewers. Just have to watch out for Bait Masterson (teehee) and Vin Moltor when going down. They'll KoS.

If you want you can just wait near the Qyenos ZL.. there is a low lvl human necro named tormax or something they paths around that you can con.. he on Bloodsabers faction
