Default The Warrens is blocked off

We were killing some hole mobs and saw that there's a giant rock in front of the warrens now. That's probably not good.

Just wondering, how can that happen? I thought the location/shape of immobile objects in a zone was defined entirely client-side. I was wrong, obviously, since there wasn't a patch.

Lots of objects are considered doors, and doors are in the database.
