coerced penkeeper in Dalnir

Posted here because Velious quest spawn.

coerced penkeeper in Dalnir has a 24 to 30ish minute spawn, when he should have the 12 to 15ish minute spawn that everything else in Dalnir has. Didn't time it exactly hence the ranges, but it's twice as long as everything else.

"His PH's can be any Kly, the Cusader, or that Iksar Necro guy. It makes for a long wait, because it is totally random as to wich MOB will spawn. Fortunately it's only about a 10-11 minute respawn in Dalnir, so you can at least excpect to have a chance for him to spawn about 10 min after you kill his PH. "


"kill the wanderer thats in the hallway outside the blacksmith room then proceed to single pull the room pops to their death. The PH mobs are on a 12 to 15min timer. And the key is NOT "no drop", so it can be bought if ya wanna cough up some money. Hope this helps my brothers and sisters. "

This may be only for the PH in room 4, room 9 appears to spawn the same time as everything else
