Default Bard Mezz minus MR effect.

How long does the lowered MR last?
If mezz is broken does their MR go back to usual?
Can you use it as an MR debuff viably?

Same as mez duration. If broken, no more -mr. You could, but the DoT does more -MR than the mez.

Yeah was planning on using the dot too.
Yeah I guess if you have to land the mezz and it only helps one time on the next song then it's probably not worth it.

Thanks.

Just re-read this, can you clarify the MR debuff from the two songs don't stack with each other?

The dot breaks the mez so it’s unviable unless you are trying to slow something between ticks but a mob that requires you to be even considering that isn’t going to be mezzable. Enchanters love bards that mez their breaks tho it’s like a mini tash and gives them 18 seconds to retash, and recharm.
