I don't recall exactly when but I recently completed it. Think it was after the last patch so I would guess it is working.

Not super helpful I know but figured I'd let you know it was working when I did it recently.

some dude named rhuobhe guild tagged with hokuten has been ksing everyone for the past few weeks. don't bother trying to camp it unless you are 60 then you can just kill this shitty cleric
