Now im not 100% on this nor am i saying hey because i saw it on this site it must be true BUT.. I mean it says it on the site and has locations where you can get the items needed to make Cultural Fletching possible in our current era.

Now -> this doesnt really make cultural fletching in velious official right?
But.. It would make sense if mithril arrows were around.. I mean theres mithril Legs, arms, ... Boots and gloves now that came out in velious.. ^_~.

Anyhoo, this is just a thought. Fletching at 202 sucks. I want my gold sink!!
I'll feel like P diddy at a strip club throwing hundos in the air making it rain whenever im allowed to trueshot disc instead of save disc for speed bump which will prob be never but accidents happen.

If this ever gets brought to light I think it would be great. One for being era accurate ( to my knowledge, if someone can prove otherwise please do to put my mind at ease ) , and two it would be another thing people can spend their time with in a way that is a gold sink ( which is good for the server entirely ).

Well, a quick read through that guide seems awfully suspicious as they are referencing Plane of Knowledge. I don't see references for a lot of these components prior to 2002/2003.

I spot searched the other components you are asking for and did not see anything in era.

I don't think it existed.

Hm.. the mentions of pok if remembered correctly was every thing could be bought in pok too if ya didnt wanna travel to town.. Its.. well what pok was.. a get all and travel from all and to zone. It even had class trainers and spell vendors heh.

Basically the item that needs to be added is the mithril bricks which i can't find any record that says it came out after velious.

Just find a copy of the guide or details about the combines on wayback machine prior to 12/4/2001. A guide written during PoP or later won't help.

Hm... the link i posted was titled velious fletching ... there are sub categories if you backlink that show luclin fletching and pop fletching.
If for some reason cultural fletching all came out during luclin or pop.. why title the link i posted velious fletching?

Or.. Why is there a Feir dal sewing kit with the capabilities of using mithril bricks/pieces supposely avail on p99?

Maybe fletching was just overlooked since it wasn't clear how much of the cultural fletching was actually released?
Im sure a lot of the bows weren't available until luclin. I'm like 80% sure the arrows were available to craft.. Maybe not i dont know for certain.

I haven't given it any honest effort to nail down when the recipe or abilities were added, was hoping you could try as you are passionate about this change.

Should i be bored one day i may get around to it, but Sorn is one of the experts on tradeskills around here, you can PM him maybe for details.

As far as why there is the kit, i don't know. Could indeed be classic with no use, could be a mistake when adding items in, or maybe it should be with a purpose of some sort. Just having it on the wiki doesn't mean anything in terms of in era evidence.

Edit: oh, and it saying velious in the guide means little to me if it was written in 2003. Maybe when the skill was added ingredients were on the velious continent. Or someone thought perhaps incorrectly that it was added in then.

why would they have a spell that doesn't have a regent for it ?

Are you saying there are no Mithril blocks to buy ? or is the recipe missing ?
