If you do that to boost your stock price (elon owns 9% of Twitter), there’s an argument he’s violating SEC rules. If we had a country that enforced laws on wealthy people, he’d get a $10 billion fine

Checking around said it will be litigated in the "Chancery of Delaware" which I guess is a corporate litigation venue we inherited from England?
