Anyone had any luck getting an IP exemption???

Hello,
I recently started playing, I played way back in the day not long after EQ launched. Anyway, I would like my wife and son to play with me but have not had any response on an IP exemption request after about 5 days of waiting, any suggestions? [You must be logged in to view images.
