Let's all thank the staff for a smooth and exciting launch of Kunark on Green99!

There was a palpable hype in the air. 340+ people were in Oasis, plus 80+ in Butcherblock, and a big crowd in North Karana by the port spell merchant. There was also some tantalizing trolling by GMs. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Thanks tor the sensible choices of /list camps (maybe add Rotting Skeleton) and the sensible rules in place or in progress regarding raid mobs.

Running south in TD with that first huge wave of firepot people was pretty cool. Until the "Faydedar engages" messages started rapidly appearing. I just barely managed to camp without being chosen for execution first.

That was awesome. I'm running a 26 mage with SoW and DMF, and the yellow text is spamming "Faydedar engages soandso". Most excitement I've had in awhile. Was able to bind on a spire, and swim down to the room and run out with no issues. But there were a lot of corpses lying around. Raft was packed into TD which was funny too.
