Follow this guide:

Are you launching with Titanium Launcher? There is no "patcher," you don't use any of the standard executables. Only Titanium Launcher after installing the latest P99 Patch manually to your EQ directory.

Are there multiple everquest titaniums? This one seems to have expansions as late as Omens of War, as I look closer at the install.

After you download and extract the P99files.zip in the main Everquest Titanium install directory you will have batch file that will run EQ the proper way for P99, I believe it will be called Launch Titanimum.bat (I think how it basically works is it has a start eqgame with a patchme option added, while the hosts file is already pointing you to the EQE emu login server for P99)

Important notes from the above guide:

Quote:
DO NOT PATCH EVERQUEST. If you patch your Titanium install you will need to delete it and start over.

Once you have completed installation you will need to extract the Project 1999 required game file changes. The current distribution is Project 1999 Files (V53).
These files must overwrite any existing files encountered during extraction into your Titanium directory.

Step 3 - Done! Launching, Playing, and Optional Improvements
You're ready to play!

To launch the game, use the "Launch Titanium" file found in your Titanium directory (This should have been extracted from the Project 1999 Files).

Remember to NEVER launch "Everquest.exe" or patch the game. Doing this will require you to completely reinstall Titanium!

Yep, simple really just run the file called :

Launch Titanium.bat

It is in the P99Files53.zip

You extract it with everything else in that .zip into your Everquest Folder, Like said above. And ya don't touch the Patcher or .exe, you basically just put the P99Files53 into your Everquest directory (not in a folder..) it should be /Everquest/ where you place the files, it should NOT be in /Everquest/P99Files53 or something

then just launch, the patch is what you manually done, no patcher.

If p99 patches in future you will get a error saying you have old file so you will know and then you just have to go download the P99Files54 or whatever and repeat this process to overwrite old files.
