Cutting Shells

Two are required for the Cougarskin Boots quest.

They should be a ground spawn in the ocean of Cobalt Scar, specifically in the area of sunken pirate ships.

The water area isn't too big and I've covered lots of it and am pretty sure there are no Shells to be found. They have the black and red speckled rock graphic.

Arctic Mussels

I recall there being three clustered ground spawns of these under the shoreline near the Othmir Camps. I haven't found any either.
