I get "unable to load world" msg when I try to log in to a server

I m newly joined and I get a msg saying unable to load world when I tried to log in to a server. and it looks like this: "everquest cannot load the zone file\"load_obj.s3d\" in the directory that you are currently running everquest from. This file is present but may be corrupt.\n\nPlease either reinstall or delete and repatch this file \n\nFor assistance with this problem, please call (858)537-0898 or visit our website at http://www.everquest.com "
I also have the msg on picture in the attachment, please help!!

Same. I was on my way to Befallen. Crashed when I went from East to West Commonlands. My toon (Sabick) is currently stuck. I copied *commons* from a titanium directory I had to RoF2. I was not prompted to overwrite so they were not there. Still can't load the zone though.
