Default Runtime error launch fix for windows 11

This is the current settings that fix the runtime launch issue,you will also need the VS C++ runtime libraries from microsoft, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp...?view=msvc-170

UPDATE: sometimes it still throws the runtime error but if you try to launch a few more times it eventually launches

For me I had to run in windows 98 compatibility mode, running in windows XP compatibility didn't work, which it used to for me. Seems like these settings are finnicky

I ran into this last night when using the Launch Titanium bat file, but the EQEmu launcher provided by Duxa allowed me to connect.

I need to turn off Compatibility mode to log in without the runtime error...then when I'm in I turn it back on and works fine with no crashing on zone/switching/camping
