If you do they cyclops eye quest you can usually get that spell pretty quick. At 34 you can kill rathe mountian cyclops as a necro, and they should be uncontested.

Zero eye's have dropped so far for me from cyclops...
2 dozen cyclops. maybe my rng is bad. Still buying this spell!

For some reason dev's stopped the drip on blue in 2019 but they should drop on green maybe we should petition? It's an important necro quest.
