I have spent approximately 10 hours+ farming gems from Wyverns and Drakes in Cobalt scar and here are the gem drops:

Flawed Sea Sapphire x 3
Flawed Topaz x 1
Flawless Aquamarine x 2
Flawless Diamond x 1 (might have been a trade)
Imperfect Diamond x 1
Jaundice Gem x 1
