Shaman noob guide

I played a warrior to about 53 during the kunark days waaaay back. Decided to play again and roll a caster this time, Im new to casters and the shaman any advice on playing a shaman be it gear wise/spell wise/etc would be most appreciated, even just the lowbie levels like 1-20.
