Why is that quest not MQ'able?

Verant just wants to torture poor monks.

Yeah, not being MQable doesn't make sense. Does someone have a link to a source explaining that it was never MQable on live? If not, sounds like a bug and should be fixed.

Not being MQable is a P99 bug. Quick overview of what happened in P99.

Classic Release
No quests are MQable
MQ Coding implemented however EVERY quest has to be rewritten to work for MQing
J-Boots first quest implemented with MQ
Sol Ro quests rebuilt to accept MQ (or were these just written and good to go by the time ToSR was released?)
Kunark coming out they announce all future quests will be MQ implemented if they were in classic.

Due to this, lots of classic quests can't be MQed. The most annoying among them being PoSky. We had a rogue 41% haste belt rot the other night due to this I think.

But they'd have to rewrite 4-7 quests (6avg) for 14 different classes, to accept MQ. I'd love for them to do this, but Velious is far above in their priority list.
