This is from the Telegram account officially run by the Ukrainian defense forces so there's no disputing the provenance.

Are these actors? Ukrainians dressed up and told to pretend to be POWs?

When those guys repeat essentially the same story, did they practice? Did the guy practice forgetting his unit number for greater authenticity? Or is he a terrible actor forgetting his lines and the other guy who dug him out the hole is a master of improvisation?

These guys are just grunts, they follow orders. They were told 'training' it's fine soldiers always train. So they took away their phones and made them sit there incommunicado, and then one day some officer ran in and started yelling go go go get your fucking asses in the tanks and drive you sons of bitches! And they were like wait holl up but no one wants to get summarily shot and incinerated in the crematoria truck so they drove forward in fear. And they started taking fire and were told to shoot back and well here they are on their knees, hands behind their back.

My feelings, emotions, and psychic bond with the universe says this. 100% this.

There's a hotline for Russians to call and talk to their children. That isn't fake-able.

There's a video of that Russian kid crying. I think it's real. It's not to bully him. Just show how bad the situation is for them.
