Newbie Gear Question(s)

I've been checking all the guides, which are great btw, love this community, but I can't seem to find or even remember what exactly I'm looking for...

There was a Green Chitin chest piece (IIRC) for druids that looked like green plate that I thought was a quest in Misty Thicket. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Also, my buddy rolled a SK and needs medium bronze armor... What's the best/soonest place to start gathering that? I know of the Orcs, but I thought they only dropped large.

Also also, I'm looking for some low end wisdom jewelry. I have about 50p to spend on top of a Greater Lightstone. (I know this is the wrong forum for that, but I might as well combine everything into one thread)

Jasper Gold Earrings (+3 wis) are about 11pp each at cost to make (if the jeweler isn't looking to make a profit).

For rings, silver +2 wis rings are incredibly cheap, but I'd save up for a +6 wis ring (101pp if you find a friendly JC'er).

medium bronze is sorta hard to find.... only spot i can think of for it is kobolds in SolB
