I'm torn between sticking out the Troll SK (fml xp penalty) to try for a Guise, or the sad realization he probably won't get one and maybe go with a different class (Rogue).

Issue with Rogue is I'm sitting around LFG, it's essentially wasted time as he can't solo worth shit.

You can get to level 30 and get a guise Aaramis, for sure.

You got a lot of time before it is nerfed.

But if you're torn and arent into it, just move on.

Still six months before legacy items removed. Plenty of time to level. It's just a matter of blocking off enough time to wait out the list once you're there.

Exactly. The guise is much easier to get than the manastone. Since it can't be resold.

If you like the sk, be the SK.

Made my first wizard, got to nearly level 6 hating every minute of it. Took his 15 plat and bought a Bull Smasher while xfering over a full set of cloth to my first every cleric. Now level 11 cleric and loving it. Just wish I didnt waste those like 18 hours or something on the wizard.

I rolled a dark elf enchanter. Got to level 3.5 on release day. Then rerolled as I decided I wanted to put more points into CHA instead of INT for this guy, so created a new dark elf enchanter with the same name and got to level 5 a couple days later.

Then decided I wanted to try a high elf enchanter instead, since I have already had dark elf on live EQ...

So, I'm now level 3 in GFay and oh, my goodness, GFAY sucks compared to Nektulos!

I will roll an alt after the first wave is pushed well past early mobs. Fighting over infected rats and decaying skeletons was not fun.
